There is nothing toxic about coffee that you want to do Detox unless your consumption is so high that causes anxiety and stress. @vitasidorkina do it gradually, otherwise you will get headaches. I did it during pregnancy and breastfeeding and i did feel great. But I love it to much. I’m back to at least 3 a day now. 😂

i love coffee. it is not that bad for you if you drink it in modaration. it cab speed your metabolisme up it can help against headache and life is to short to not enjoy it ❤️

aalso check the waterquality before u drink -is water hard or soft - check the ph value ..then boil and then use it ---
