Bella Italia 🇮🇹 this cove was *so* beautiful... however there were ten of us and we didn’t arrive until lunchtime - it was 35+ degrees, there was no space near big enough to park a minibus, not enough room left to sit down and zero hope of any shade. So we drove around for a bit, took a picture of it and then turned around and went straight back to the house to cool off 🙃 The bits you don’t see on the grid! Something to remember when scrolling this time of year #realholidays

suehuby It’s very busy everywhere in Italy even in the small villages because of the Italian holidays. My daughter and family have bought a house in a village outside Pescara which is not really a tourist destination as very little English is spoken(they manage) and it’s so busy with festivals in all the surrounding villages

shrinkprim That’s one of the most “instagram places” you can find here in Italy and Italians love such popular places! If you wanna have a good enough place where to place your umbrella you better go there the night before and wait 😂

franci.bonini If you want to find a spot in this kind of coves you have to get there early in the morning otherwise the chances you can find where to set your things are gonna be close to zero

maldivitis You could try Finikounda in the Mani (south Greek mainland) for a little fishing village with a beautiful beach which is quiet even in August. 💙
