I met Peter Fonda in 1992 at “The Love Ride”! He always had a big smile and genuine interest in what I was up to. Peter has had a major influence on our culture and his love of our lifestyle on two wheels! When I was a kid I would ride my bicycle up to get a Icee and poke my head in the head shop next door to take a look at the poster of Peter from “Wild Angles”! This was back in 1970 so “Easy Rider” had just come out. To have met him and served as an Honorary Grand Marshall with him over the years is a treasured memory! He had a generous spirit! He supported my business partner @olivershokouh and his foundation for years! R.I.P. It actually makes me sad that we have to hate on a brother because of his hate. Look we all have different political views I try to keep mine off insta but I will say I'm most sad that I'm not sad about his passing and I should be. He brought to light our whole culture of who we are in a lot of ways. But his inability to be nice even to those that disagreed with him hurt his image to me. I am glad he had friends to mourn him but I i, unfortunately, am not one. I am sorry you lost a friend Mr Patrick.

@ripfighter Rest In Peace Peter Fonda. I was a fan of his. I was always happy to see him pop up in a favourite movie. For me Easy Rider was more of a Buddy Road Trip Movie on Motorcycles than a outright Biker Movie.

Understood, political differences run deep with people! I never spoke about politics with Peter. Just motorcycles and raising money for charities. Including the USO, and Wounded Warriors.
