#RecipeOfTheDay is Gemelli Pasta with Tomatoes, Anchovies and Mascarpone. The sauce takes less time to make the pasta takes to cook (and by all means use caserecce or fusilli if you can’t find gemelli), and is on regular rotation in my house. And, I’ve also learned, in many other people’s houses. Make it, and you’ll see why.

I make this at least twice a month, sometimes swap the anchovies for pancetta. It’s lovely, easy to make and always goes down well. Might have it tonight now 😋

I love this dish. Quick and easy yet so tasty. My dad doesn't normally like cheesy pasta but loved this meal. An all round winner for kids also.
