「川梅」を監修する『京料理 たか木』の高木シェフ自らが皆様をおもてなしいたします。淡路島洲本から届く鱧、玉ねぎに松茸をあわせ、小鍋でお召し上がりいただくほか、アワビや鯛などの魚介類も存分にお楽しみいただきます。

【Awaji Island Promotion: Enjoy Fresh Ingredients from Scenic Sumoto】 
A one-night-only special dinner event will be held at Hilton Osaka's Japanese restaurant #KawaUme on Thursday, August 29.
Chef Takagi, from two-starred restaurant Kyo-ryori Takagi, will be in charge of preparing the dishes with fabulously fresh ingredients from Sumoto, on Awaji Island. Enjoy Hamo (pike conger), Awaji's famous onions and Matsutake mushrooms delivered from Sumoto, cooked together in a small pot, as well as prized seafoods such as abalone and Tai (red snapper).
