Cuz we’re all stressed and depressed. Especially right now in the current political climate. Oh and impressing climate change. Not having a future seems to scare a lot of us from sleeping.

Too much coffee! Coffee shops popping up, stronger coffee? More frequent coffee... and also stress. Lots on our minds so we can't sleep and we drink COFFEE! ☕️☕️☕️ PS: I love coffee

The problem for me is that I haven’t done enough to wear myself out. When I get up at 5:00 a.m., run around like a chicken all day....believe me, I will sleep....
