Exactly a year ago today I hosted the first ever @cocorochamodelcamp. I remember being nervous - the curriculum was a culmination of years of privately mentoring other models and I had just spent a year with my husband renovating an giant estate in upstate New York as a sort of “x-men school for models” - but I was nervous because I wasn’t sure if people would respond to this dream of mine. This first year has exceeded all our expectations. We’ve hosted 300 models and we start the 24th camp today. The amazing women I’ve hosted from around the world have been so inspiring to me and the positive feed-back I’ve received month after month has been overwhelming. CRMC is making a difference to so many models trying to find their way and perfect their craft. The supportive community of women helping women we are building is only growing stronger. We are announcing more dates for 2020 today. Of course New York will continue to be the home base of #CocoRochaModelCamp but we are also hosting camps north of the border in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and Montreal. I’m so proud of what we built here and excited to see where it goes next. Happy #CRMCDay everyone!
