Hey @aircanada - I spent 50 min waiting to speak with one of your reps to discuss a complaint sent on May 28th. I wasn't aware that you "don't have a direct customer service line" and that the only way to follow-up on a complaint is to "wait for someone to reply to your email". WOW. Great customer service. How many more days do I have to wait to address the MULTIPLE issues I had with my @aircanadavacations ??!! WARNING!!! DO NOT FLY IN THIS AIRLINE!!! We are group of 5 people flying from Mexico City to Detroit Michigan with a layover on Toronto...just to arrive in Detroit our final destination and find out that our luggage was missing, and on top of it, their office is not even open they are open only if they have flights schedule, so you are force to call their 1-800 number just to speak to foreign representatives that you can't even understand what they say, and on top of it their fly was late in every single fly, serioisly do not fly with them...for real it was my worst experience ever!!

Air Canada should absolutely be ashamed of themselves. All facets of my trip, or should I say “lack” of trip, were awful in every way possible. Uneven fuel levels took 2 hours while sitting on the runway waiting to take. Forced me to miss my connecting flight. No apology, no reimbursement, no nothing just terrible customer service. My short trip to Portugal became that much shorter. That’s if I even get out on the once per day flight... worst airline ever, never fly Air Canada

Air Canada is terrible. Fly any other airline. Just had my flight cancelled and when I asked an employee if they’d reimburse for a bus she laughed. Said it’s weather so its not their problem. I waited on hold for 35 min to get a refund and they just hung up. Wasted an entire day to be laughed at by an employee. Disgraceful service.

Screw your food. 6 hour delay at the airport. Rerouted from Vancouver to Toronto for “legality issues” with their own crew. Told they’re going to recrew in Toronto. Flight canceled in Toronto leaving the whole plane stranded at 2am. Why did we take off at all? Lower the flag. Worst airline ever.

Terrible company. Disrespecting a 12 years old little girl! Forcing her to take off her hijab while she already passed the security! Why isn’t there a post about this incident on your profile
