nazaneenwrites I had my flight from Toronto to Calgary cancelled by @aircanada less than 14 hours before it was scheduled to depart. The customer service representative on the phone was condescending, unprofessional and impatient, despite it being @aircanada 's fault. I was not offered any type of compensation nor upgrade, something any other airline would have (and has) done. @aircanada This has been a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience with your airline. I expect to be contacted, apologized to, and compensated in some way.

daniella.tintor @aircanada I had an absolutely horrendous experience with your airline today. I was flying from Toronto to Washington DC and it was supposed to leave at 8:30 am. We were stuck on the plane for 4.5 hours before the plane even took off. I am here on a very short visit and your airline completely ruined my plans, bookings and itinerary. Please get your act together and improve your service. All we were offered was water and soft drinks. I hope we will be compensated in some way. That was unacceptable.

amandaabuali Very disappointed that as a large Canadian company that supposedly supports Canadian athletes, you don’t have any compassion for a 12 year old Ontario boy breaking his wrist weeks before playing in the national lacrosse tournament for Team Ontario Lacrosse in British Columbia this summer. It is appalling how you decide who and what deserves your compassion. You have made devastating news for a young boy that much more difficult by being incredibly unreasonable.

nazaneenwrites @aircanada Seriously, I am extremely baffled by the extremely poor customer service! I did not expect this at all from @aircanada .I had waited on the phone for 30 minutes before the call was disconnected. I then had to wait another hour before I finally was able to speak to someone who was easily the rudest airline representative I have ever spoken to! Unacceptable!

nazaneenwrites @aircanada Furthermore, I recieved a text saying there was 'Booking issues', and the customer service agent said 'Mechanical issues' and refused to elaborate further on why my family and I were being inconvenienced--- I was not even offered a proper explanation or any solution until I stressed that I needed @aircanada to rectify their error. Absolutely appalling.
