Sure wish this guy (Sen. Brown)
Would have run for president and not just because of what he says about gun laws.
BTW, Republicans keep talking about mental illness as cause for these massacres while they try to dismantle the Affordable Care Act which could, in many cases, provide help for people suffering from mental illness.

Guns ARE NOT THE PROBLEM! PEOPLE ARE...Why do people always look for someone or something to blame it on? Society is sick... while we still have Some Hard working people, the working poor who bist their asses and all the politicians are money grubbing whores and sell outs trading OUR RIGHTS for their wealth. So ... to clarify, Guns kill people and spoons make people fat, oh and cigarettes make people smoke them!!! YOU BET,

I think people should learn to deal with their own problems. Mental illness can not be so bad as to tell you it's alright to kill masses. Everybody has to learn right from wrong, and everybody has to deal with their own problems. You can't ask everybody or everything else to change to benefit you. You are not owed that. Furthermore, take away a gun, they'd use a knife. Take that away, etc.

Mental illness has nothing to do with it. It’s white supremacy. Just because your racist doesn’t make you mentally ill. These dirt bags knew this killing people was wrong. They just thought killing people of other race right. Oh And the fact that nothing is being done to stop it. We need action now. They can’t be lead on to think that they are gonna keep getting away with it.

Even if mental illness is to blaim, even if Trump stokes the fires of hate and racism, even if most owners of weapons don't go on killing sprees, even if there are a million reasons why something like this could happen, the main common method of destruction in each mass shootings is the gun and usually how easily it was accessed. Yes! Not to mention, back in early '17, they passed a bill (H.J. Res 40) to make it easier for severely mentally ill individuals to buy a gun & Trump was the one to roll back those Obama era regulations as one of his first acts as president. Great legacy, right?! It's madness.

I don't know if this kid had mental problems but his mom had called the police being concerned about his age and maturity to own such a gun. I really become concerned that some of these kids are of low mental ability and easily manipulated to do these violent acts.
