@sassandbide It's disappointing to see that you are uploading new stock to social media accounts yet cannot respond to inquiries made on missing purchases. It is now getting to the point where I feel that you have taken advantage of your customers, have us spend out money, keep our purchases (basically robbing us) and then NOT recieve any form of correspondance by your team when queried. I purchased 5 items on the 19.7.19 and have not recieved any correspondence about my purchases by your team nor any information about the where abouts of my items. I have had no response to my emails nor to my DMs about this. I am actually quite sick and tired of chasing you up. I've made contact with Consumer Affairs whom have confirmed that my rights have been violated. I have been advised to take this matter further.

@sassandbide seems to be a common issue. Of 8 items I purchased, I only received 4 pieces. No correspondence to advise that items would not be supplied and could not get through to your head office despite 5 phone calls. I have received a generic email from the eBoutique but I would prefer to know that I won’t be out of pocket.
