I’m very disappointed in the customer service. I was on a wait list and waited for how ever long and I wanted to cancel my waitlist spot and to do that they said to email Ipsy. So I did about 5 times. I heard nothing from them until they charged my account. Now I understand I was the one to sign up for the waitlist. But trying to contact Ipsy is a joke. I’ve decided to go with boxycharm as I’m much happier with them.

I see all these comments about bad customer service from you and honestly I think people are over reacting. I have never had bad customer service from you. When my bag doesn’t show up with in the time frame(which has only happened twice) you always send me another one no questions asked. Just wanted to say you guys are doing a wonderful job and I love my Ipsy bags! 😄

@ipsy look how many complaints you get on the comments section. That should tell you that your customer service is horrible if we all feel the need to get on here to get your attention.
I need a refund for last months bag, the add ons that I never received and the bag you charged to my account yesterday!!!! Cancel my subscription and refund my money. @ipsy @ipsy
