Love you guys so much, more than a year and I'm still obsessed waiting every month for my ipsy glam bag😊 I read a lot of people complaining about having problems but did you guys really tried to contact them properly? I had a few issues but they Always took care of everything and always gave me a prompt reply, and replaced every makeup that came damaged it just annoys me to see people complaining here when it is so simple to resolve things with them! (Just wanted to get it out)

a.t.m.h05 i’ve had no problems with @ipsy and they have always been helpful, so i’m not saying anyone is lying or anything? but what’s going on! i recommend ipsy so much there amazing when my july bag still hadnt come in i emailed them and they were very apologetic and i then got it a couple of days later! yeah they have some flaws, but overall there an amazing company and i’m so excited 4 my august glam bag!💗

emilythenightelf I’m so frustrated, I got my box but my add ons were missing, then I email customer service who sends me another order of my add ons, and they aren’t even the items she or I ordered 😭 the first time I was understand but I waited another two weeks and disappointed. I just want what I ordered

deedrie_contreras I’m so frustrated with @ipsy I’m about to cancel my subscription my mom received the Huda Beauty palette in the color Smokey, from the glam bag plus and the first palette was broken. We asked for a replacement, and the replacement is BROKEN WORSE than the first palette!

nursie4 It is NOT customized. I've filled out my preferences several times and STILL got items I don't want, don't use, and repeats of past bags.I am so disappointed because it was such a fun surprise. Sorry but we are BREAKING UP. 💔

psuehron I’m trying to skip the month of August but it says “something went wrong try again later”. Its been like this all day. I’m hoping it’ll refresh and get fixed before the 1st when they bill my card that has nothing in it 😑😟😫
