No matter your age, your sporting ability, whether you just like to watch or take part in sport, sport brings people together. You get to meet some incredible people and for me this has to be one of the most special moments and special connections. Huge thank you to @bbcscotland for putting this together. Both Helen and Ken were incredible sporting athletes and I would love for their story to be shared. I don't think Ken ever realised the impact his letter had on me and I'll forever be grateful that he decided to put pen to paper and write. Ken is sadly no longer with us but his story and Helen's legacy will live on 😊
