Ok so the weight lifting class I did as part of the @twiningsteauk #ChangeItUp Challenge was tough for me as I don’t usually train my body in that way so next up I thought I’d give yoga at home a go. I’m glad to say that my feet are down in the ground for the downward dog and that my calves are off the ground for the upward dog! For ONCE I feel like I have something involving fitness figured out lmao, though you’re smiling way more than I am when I’m working out 🥵
