Ok so the weight lifting class I did as part of the @twiningsteauk #ChangeItUp Challenge was tough for me as I don’t usually train my body in that way so next up I thought I’d give yoga at home a go. Looks a lot like one of the yoga routine I did a few weeks ago! I’m glad to say that my feet are down in the ground for the downward dog and that my calves are off the ground for the upward dog! For ONCE I feel like I have something involving fitness figured out lmao, though you’re smiling way more than I am when I’m working out 🥵
