agnesluilui It can be confirmed that Harrods has the worst customer service in the world. After waiting 5 days for an exchange, I get an email saying they are not willing to give me an exchange, but a “goodwill gesture” of inspecting my watch!!!!!!! Well, according to The Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to a refund, repair or replacement from the retailer. What does that say about Harrods?!
