Tell me what animal lives through the most horrific abuse of being shot 17 times, having 4 bullets removed from her eyes which has left her blind, and her ear cut off all at the hands of a human. What animal lives through that and then goes on to become a newly certified therapy dog for children and the elderly. Every time I look at this dog I cry- because she reminds me of the spirit of animals AND of humans. Good humans who then go on to give an animal like this a second chance to spread her light. It is SO important to see love in every living being- you have no idea who you will inspire. @maggiethewunderdog @wild_at_heart_foundation ♥️

He has taught us how to be patient, how much love he has for us when we come home, he has helped with depression, and also my bf lost a lot of weight running him everyday😅! He has been such an amazing and positive influence on our relationship. I am do glad this dog was saved by such awful human beings!!!❤️❤️❤️ #adoptdontshop

merrygrrace my heart is so broke seeing this pictures of this wonderful, innocent and poor dog.I just really hope that humans will stop harming those animals. If you can do this to an animal, then you are sick and twisted and shouldn't be around any living creature. So glad this baby is being loved now. And seeing that some humans can give pure love and not abuse. Great story. But so sad.

Not to take away from @maggiethewunderdog and her humans, but what if I told you for everything @maggiethewunderdog had to endure, a human had endured worst at the hands of another “human”? Not sure what my point is or where I’m going with this, but, yeah.
