My friends @SecretDeodorant are at it again, helping to close the gender pay gap by contributing $529K to the @uswntplayers + CHAMPS who deserve it! 👑 Why that number, you ask? Well, that breaks down to $23K per player. 23 players on the team (male or female). 23 chromosomes in a winning athlete’s body (male or female). Champions deserve to be treated as such. Male. Female. @sophiabush I feel that the women’s team should be paid more than the men’s team. All other sports contracts have incentives built in for personal achievements or team goals, such as winning championships. If the US soccer were to follow that trend, the women’s team has far exceeded expectations. This BS has to end. The crap about endorsements and other factors is also crap. Doesn’t seem to be a factor with other athletes.

I’m all for girl power! However, the men bring in more revenue than the women. And based off of the bonus structure and percentages... men actually get paid less. This was all covered on Sports Center. If women want more pay, we should be buying tickets to games, merchandise, etc! ⚽️ That’s how we can help!

I would love one of these shirts! Teaching my daughters that they deserve to be treated and paid as well as their male counterparts for equal work! Also, my 10 year old is an aspiring soccer star with amazing talent!
