Hi, I love Delta. Like very very much. But that was the very first time I had a bad experience. My dad was bringing to America a painting that a dear friend of mine took weeks to paint and the flight attended did not let him take close to him on the overhead band. That is understandable, however when he tried to reclaim it it was not on the closet he had put anymore. PLEASE help me. I am desperate. I’ve called several phone numbers, several times, lost but found, baggage claim on JFK (where the plane landed), and I’ve had a great experience on the phone with all of your customer service agents but a very bad experience with the people at the airport. No one cared or even tried to be helpful. I tried to track the aircraft and it still seem to be parked out in JFK, PLEASE HELP ME. That painting means a lot to me.

Disgusted with Delta in terminal A in the Atlanta airport. We arrived to the gate 20 min before our flight (their rule is 15 min) and the door was closed. The gate attendant was shoving a sandwich in his mouth, said, “The door is closed, tough luck.” and walked away. We fly delta often but we will never fly with them again. All of the customer service agents in terminal A were rude and unreasonable, all while blaming us for being late. In addition to all of this, we had called to upgrade to first class a few weeks ago, and customer service wouldn’t let us....

Me and my family was recently delayed due to weather at your CVG airport ! Special thanks to the Manager Linda ! She was so helpful ! She made sure everyone had food , gave me cots for me kids to lay on , gave us an extra meal voucher and went out her way to make sure we were on the next flight home !

Yep my trip was ruined! I haven't seen him in 6 months and they delayed my flight to the point where I wouldn't make my connections! And they left me stranded at the airport and gave me a flight where I'll only get an hour of sleep. And I'm so upset and frustrated that my trip just won't be fun.

@adventuresofkellie you’re 100% right...I got married in Italy last year and left a week before (cause you never know)- also I fly about 100k miles a year with Delta and only once have had a 24 hr delay- flying out of Detroit during the polar vortex...so again... gotta agree with you!
