I don’t post this kind of content because it makes me sad. But I need to feel sad. I need to feel guilty. And maybe some of you do too?
I’ve managed to cut out milk from my diet but have found it hard to completely eliminate cheese (jalapeño poppers being the main culprit) but after seeing this video from start to finish I will try my best! I probably will fail a few times but I am only human.
Also, what’s helped a lot (cutting out milk) is @rudehealthnl coconut milk, it’s super creamy and makes a frothy cappuccino foam and is yummy in cereals too!

@jessleebuchanan Hey, can i talk to you About that video of that cow? I can explain to you why the baby got taken away so fast just to let you know that you Not only see the bad side of a farmer and i would like to explain you About this action kf the farmer because lately all the farmers are getting into bad view because of social media and there s never something on the internet that puts the farmer in a good view because in the netherlands we have the best cowfarms with the best threating cows (sorry if my english is bad)

You are ? right!.. we all need to see it despite the fact how painful it is for us to watch! It's NOTHING in comparison what every mama has to go through when carrying their baby and then somebody takes it away once it's born ? just for our greed!.. :/ I also started sharing some ugly stuff, people don't comment or react to it - sure it's not a favourite thing to watch - but we need to wake up and see things how they are and stop making excuses ?

I understand it’s sad but take it into consideration that if those cows left alone in nature, predators will definitely kill them since neither don’t they have ability to defend nor run away from them. Farmers look after them and feed them for certain purposes. I think you never see wild life films where wild-dogs rip apart mother and take its baby from her gut and eat them both alive.

@jessleebuchanan Finally, we have lots of articles on our site about healthy food & farming practices, along w/ Wise Traditions podcast episodes ? for people to listen to, to learn more. in particular we have interviewed Joel Salatin @polyfacefarm and Allan Savory @savoryinstitute who are leaders in the field of regenerative agriculture and nurturing a healthy planet. ?

Btw most of the time the mother kills her calf bc she gets angry when the calf is trying to feed and will just stomp on its head and they are looked after better by humen when they are not sent to be killed but still a faster way of death then been stomped on I found a calf that had been stomped fully into the ground by it's mum

Same! Cheese was the thing I thought I couldn’t go without. I didn’t force myself not eating it, I only bought it when I just wanted to eat cheese. Funnily enough, that stage went so quick and haven’t had any milk products for over 2 years. Cheese is an addiction you can get off I guess! Good luck ??
