silveryasmin Ik vlieg nooit meer KLM! Meest bitchy grond personeel ever! Bij het boarden is mijn trolley afgepakt omdat een dame die te groot vond terwijl mijn trolley gewoon binnen de handbagage afmetingen valt. Toen ik aangaf dat ik mijn trolley niet wilde inchecken omdat al mijn spullen hierdoor op een vorige KLM vlucht ernstig beschadigd waren, begon ze der stem te verheffen en me af te snauwen. Zelfs het andere personeel zei het met me eens te zijn over haar onvriendelijke houding. Ik vlieg normaal elke twee weken met KLM maar dit doe ik dus nooit meer! Vorige keer al me spullen kapot gegaan in de koffer, en dit keer word ik nog net niet uitgescholden door het personeel. Uiterst onprofessioneel
