mar_uh You guys sold me a dress at your sample sale with a gaping hole in it, and didn’t bother to let me know at checkout, y’all just slapped a piece of tape over it and threw it in the bag. The material can’t be sewn back together because it will clearly show, and then I received horribly customer service. I haven’t shopped at Ref since. So it Doesn’t matter how renewable or sustainable your clothes are if you don’t offer honest and helpful customer service.

whyjeebuswhy I finally dry cleaned one of my dresses and it went from a little above the knee to crotch length and unwearable. What gives? I’ve been going to the same dry cleaner for over 3 years and this has never happened before. What’s the point in being “sustainable” and “renewable” if your clothes need to be thrown out after one cleaning? End up with more in the landfill.
