bananoulie I have been chasing you for the last 10 days because a $1000 parcel I've returned to you has been stopped in US customs and you've failed to provide FEDEX with the information needed to release it. Your team has assured me they have provided FEDEX with the information needed but I've found this to be entirely false. I'm appalled at your poor level of customer service and disregard for the information that has been requested. As a result the parcel is likely to be sent to warehousing or abandoned at customs over the next few days. PICK UP YOUR PHONE OR RESPOND TO MY EMAILS!!!!

bananoulie @jasmynewildes I am literally being ignored and refused the information I need to clear the package with US customs. Meaning $1000 worth of goods are going to be abandoned and I won't get a refund for anything I've purchased. Its totally negligent and clear that I am being ignored on purpose. This company shouldn't be allowed to trade.

jasmynewildes @bananoulie wow 10 days?? I once returned 1 pair of jeans and it took weeks for it to be even returned to their warehouse, and it only went across 2 state lines, from Wa to Cali. I love their stuff but their return system is terrible. Really hope your situation gets sorted out.

lightandzen @bananoulie WOW. This absolutely convinced me to never spend a dime on @reformation. Customer service, especially how much effort they put into processing returns quickly and gracefully, is where a company shows their true colours. Other brands have cute ruffles too... ??‍♀️
