iamashishanand Airbnb is such an unprofessional website giving fake promises n leaving people helpless at an unknown place when they ate planning to enjoy. Today airbnb cancelled my booking just a day before my travel date. This booking was done 15 days back seeing the surge in price. The host gives fake reason to cancel n offers me another accommodation which is not listed with airbnb. Who accepts such offers at unknown place. Where is airbnb safety policy. The customer care isn't ready to give solution n blaming ud for relying on airbnb. Instead of offering another place, they simply said you need to book from the options available by giving away surge in price also. N whatever money is being refunded will be given back in 10 or more days. How can someone invest their money in such unprofessional plans n then become prey to their sick attitude. Now for another booking where will someone bring money from for airbnb fault. They are blaming the host for it. Ultimately host is nicely putting property unofficially at higher price. Airbnb nicely giving pain by selecting such crooks as host. Who becomes the loser is US... The customer.... Who puts money, gets pain also n left with no accommodation in an unknown city. They promised to pay for hotel accommodation, for medical care and for earlier transportation to the airport but paid nothing! BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT USING AIRBNB! You will be responsible for your items, even if they disappear inside your Airbnb apartment, knowing that there is a Rental Agency, a Cleaning Company, and an Owner with keys! UPDATE: from the 19th June until now I got no answer and no help from Airbnb! They told me another company would work in this case but after the first email they never ever answered me back! SHAME ON YOU Airbnb!

camila_csgb @airbnb PLEASE NO ONE USE THIS EVER AGAIN. I had to leave my location today due to safety concerns of theft and physical harm and my host AGREED with me and with Airbnb. However, Airbnb asked me to stay in the unsafe home. This is beyond absurd. Obviously I left, and now Airbnb refuses to refund the unused nights so I can find a safe place to stay. NEVER AGAIN.

fatou_tv Be careful everyone booking a reservation, I just had my card charged for up to $500 dollars for a reservation that I did not make and I was told I could not get refunded for it by Airbnb.
