Getting ready for our New York Collection, launching in Soho in July 4th through Labor Day, when we turn our pastry case into a tribute to NYC. Here’s a little preview - of our Haute Dog (with raspberry cream, ladyfinger “buns,” and passion fruit “mustard”), A Bite of the Big Apple (with apple compote, fresh Gala apples, vanilla ganache, and vanilla sablé), and A Stroll in Central Park chocolate hazelnut acorn (with blackberry jam and crispy hazelnut feuilletine).

To celebrate, I’ll be hosting a picnic potluck at a secret location in Manhattan on Friday, July 12th from 3-4:30pm. Tickets are limited and will launch on Eventbrite TOMORROW (Monday 7/1) at 12pm. Link in bio⬆️. Be the first few to snag a (free!) ticket, and you’ll be told the secret location.
