Heres to the weekend... a great time to get outside. I've been trying to spend more time in the sun to get my vitamin D levels back up. A deficiency in vitamin D can be a cause of thyroid issues, which I found out I had last year. It's so crazy how much time I've been spending inside working and not remembering to make time for sunlight! What do you guys do to make sure your levels are good? They say the rule of thumb is at least 20 minutes a day in the sun!
