Have you ever heard of Nutritous Movement? It is pretty complimentary to Cross Fit. Methinks you would love Katy Bowman, the concept of barefoot shoes (not just 5 toe Vibrams) and going down that rabbit hole! Loving your videos and your magnificent potty mouth!

Amazing how I could do stuff like that as a kid and now I can barely do a push up. Going back to Jillian Michaels app again but some day, once I’ve actually sustained a fitness routine longer than 6-8 months, I want to try CrossFit.
