- Low cable row: 4 sets of 12
- Super Set: Straight arm pulldowns (3 sets of 15) with reverse pulldowns (3 sets of 15)
- Cable curls: 3 sets of 12
- Super Set: bicep curls (4 sets of 12) with bent over DB rows (4 sets of 12 each arm)
