A group of billionaires and ultra millionaires including George Soros, Abigail Disney and Chris Hughes released a letter asking the 2020 presidential candidates to support a tax on the wealthiest Americans.
The letter said a wealth tax would help society tackle climate change, increase economic growth and help improve public health.
“The next dollar of new tax revenue should come from the most financially fortunate, not from middle-income and lower-income Americans,” the letter said.

How far does ACADEMIA take you in business?? I’ve met many phD graduates who have incredible book knowledge, barristers and QCs in the legal field and they always ask me about how to get started in the business and investment world.
It shows that these incredible intellects may be strong in their respective fields but it actually means NOTHING in the investment and business world! Therefore the good news is, you don’t need any super sophisticated background intellectually behind you even though I was an A grade, super clever degree holder which would meant I have the ability to learn very FAST. But the quality that trumps all others is execution and having the GUTS to get out into the Wild West of the business world !! I teach you the skills you need to start (or improve) your financial journey. #btc the way slide to dm to learn how to double your btc daily to your wallet

I don’t think that the money would get to them without the name you want to receive it on it. Yes the rich have had their tax breaks long enough. Time to pay their fair share. We need the truth for a change not all of those lies. Joan Dennison

This comment thread is so full of ignorance it makes my head hurt. The same people who are telling the billionaires that they should just send in a check are the same people who think trickle down economics work. ??♂️

That’s what charity is for. If you have an abundance of wealth then donate it, don’t develop another obstacle for those who are trying to grow their wealth. Bunch of ?

Just get out your checkbook and write the treasury a check. What is so hard about that? They don’t need the government to make this happen???
