ykkka Очень разочаровалась в компании Pandora. Совершенно не ожидала такого НЕ клиентоориентированного подхода и откровенного пофигизма в обслуживании клиентов. 22.06.2019 я заказала и оплатила на сайте браслет и шарм (заказ 000032650). Заказ должен был быть доставлен 24.06.2019. Это должен был быть подарок. 25.06.2019 я звонила 3!!! раза понять, что с заказом и когда будет доставка. Каждый раз ответом мне было, что заказ отменён и причина не известна. Обещали узнать и перезвонить. Никто так и не перезвонил. Сегодня уже 26.06.2019. Нет ни ответа, ни заказа, ни денег. Есть ощущения, что какая-то шарашкина контора, а не крупная компания. Очень разочарована. Пришлось купить другой подарок. Надеюсь такое отношение только с моим заказом, а не со всеми заказами. что происходит и чем разрешится ситуация- мне до сих пор не известно.
