I was overwhelmed with so many incredible moments that it felt impossible to fit into one post...so I’m making 2!! I will never forget this day! To watch these kids come in with a wall up so high, you think to yourself, how will I ever get through. And somehow, out of nowhere...magic happens! The little girl and little boy inside remembers what it feels like to be deserving of attention and love. Trust starts to build and every single young adult walked out beaming!! Some with tears of excitement at how beautiful they felt!! Some with a new found self confidence, I prayed for it to never go away. My heart melted a million times over. #God was all over this day!! When my friend and I first talked about starting @thefosteradream, I have to admit...It felt impossible. I kept on saying, “this is what we want to do but if we can’t achieve it in a months time, well, there’s always next year!” Im saying this because people have generous hearts. They want to help if you just have the courage to ask. We could have never, ever, EVER...accomplished this day without the help of so many!!
