We had planned to shoot here for some time, but unfortunately the conditions never seemed to be in our favour. With the dry and hot weather we had been seeing, we waited for a little rain to fill the surrounding pools with water. Luckily the previous week, Kosciusko received around 100mm of rain which certainly guaranteed our chances to have some water around the Tor. This trip personally was a little milestone for me. About 10 months prior to this trip l had suffered a serious back injury which left me debilitated and unable to move around freely and hindered my ability to get out and shoot.
