😍🍵 TAG your #MatchaBesties who would love this mouthwatering #Chocolate and #Matcha Tree Pudding 🍰. Doesn't this dessert by @cookat__ look #matchamazing?! 💚 If you’d like to give it a try and prepare this drool-worthy matcha dessert at home, here’s the recipe:

INGREDIENTS:
Pudding: 6 Eggs yolks, 100g Sugar, 300ml Milk, 200ml Heavy cream, 30g Gelatin sheets, 25g Matcha powder
Ganache: 100g Milk chocolate, 150g Dark chocolate, 400ml Heavy cream, 30g Butter, 20g Corn syrup

DIRECTIONS:
1. Put 6 egg yolks, 100g sugar, 300ml milk, 200ml heavy cream in a pot. And then add 25g sieved matcha powder.
2. Mix them well on medium heat.
3. When the cream starts to boil, turn off the heat and add 30g gelatin sheets.
4. Put the pudding mix through a sieve and pour it in a container. Put it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
5. Prepare a double boiling pot and melt 100g milk chocolate and 150g Dark chocolate.
6. When the chocolate is melted, add 400ml heavy cream.
7. Then add 30g butter, 20g corn syrup and mix well. Put it in the cooler for 1hour.
8. Take out the pudding from the refrigerator and flip it on the plate.
9. Then use the torch to separate the pudding from the container.
10. Pour ganache on top of the pudding.
