Dumbbell Full Body Blast 🔥
Circuit training is one of my favourite ways to workout as it allows you to get maximum impact in minimal time. Plus I just think it’s fun 🤷🏼‍♀️😂
Here’s a circuit I did the other day, let me know if you give it a try!
➡️ 20 DB Curtsey Lunges
➡️ 10 DB Half Burpees
➡️ 15 DB Russian Twists
Simply set a timer for 15 minutes and see how many rounds you can get through with as little rest as possible. I promise you’ll be a sweaty mess 😝
