lisamm2_ Justine you need to train your pup. It's hard because you want to cuddle up with them. You need to pick her up and take her outside every 2 hours maximum. The smaller the dog the. Less time they can hold the pee. Also put a pee pad in a spot she can get too just in case. If you don't stop this behavior NOW it's NEVER going to stop. I had 6 pups the minute they wake up outside they went in January East Coast. Trained to go outside from the get go. As soon as she wakes. Another way is a crate. She'll learn to accept it as her own place. She won't pee in there unless she's been in there too long. Training is SO important at this stage. Once she's used to her crate. She'll automatically go in it when tired. The main thing with little pups small bladders. All pups need to be taken outside the minute they wake up. They'll start getting on a schedule and you won't have Pee all over the place. Committment. A dog only knows what you teach them. I've raised Pitties and a Rottweiler.
