We’ve read your requests for videos so until we can actually make nice ones for you guys here’s a quick little edit I made for some workout inspo tomorrow. It’s a circuit made by our boooooi @arnoldaninion.
Always helps working out with friends for some extra inspo and makes it more fun.

WARM UP:
- Single leg side lunge (touch and go) 20 per side.
- Modified Curtsey Squats 20x.
- Alternating side lunge 20x.
CURCUIT:
- modified quadruped squats into alternating kickback 20x.
- clamshells 20x.
- single leg hip thrusters 20x.
- dumbell squats 20x.
- kettle bell deadlifts 20x.
- modified single leg kickback with a hop 20x.
FINISHERS:
- modified single leg kickback isometric hold 20 secs.
- modified single leg clamshell isomeric hold 20 secs.
