Pride is scary for most. It’s scary to love yourself and be proud of who you are. It makes you vulnerable. It’s scary to love yourself boldly and freely in fear that maybe you are wrong, or nobody else will love you.
But the relationship you have with yourself is the most important. Build that bond and be kind to yourself.
What is one thing you love about yourself or are proud of? I can’t wait to read what you have to share. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
Happy pride my beauties :) And yes this is me in high school with my flock of seagulls hairdo and I loved it.

I love how after caring so much about what society thought of me , I let that go and started living my life for myself. Im proud that I can be myself and be confident with all that I am even if it’s a scary place to be proud of who or what i love just cause so many people say it’s a sin , i love how I do what makes me happy & also have a relationship with god. He’s always on my side and no one can change my mind on that . I’m proud that I started to make my opinion on myself matter more than what anyone else has to say about me. Bc I am me and there’s no one else like me . ???️? thank you for making music and doing what you do . You’re a big inspiration & role model .

Ok so I know I'm REALLY late to this lol but I'm proud of myself for finally learning to stop trying to change myself for others. I also am happy about finally accepting my sexuality. At first, I was in a very dark place when I came to the realization that Im a lesbian, but now I realize it really shouldn't be that big of a deal to those around me because it doesn't change who I am and have always been. And thank you because your music has helped me feel more comfortable with myself and to really realize that there is a whole community out there for us and that so many others in that community are or have been in that same dark place I was in, so thanks!!!

I’m not out right now, because I’m unsure what to tell my mom. I’m still figuring out what I love and who I am. One thing I am proud of though is the open mind I have, I love exploring new ideas and hobbies. The lgbtq community is very diverse and I went to my first pride just a couple days ago! I love all of us! ❤️❤️❤️

I came out almost three years ago as trans and pansexual and my parents didn’t accept me and they still don’t. I’ve had my ups and downs but I’m now living my best life with my girlfriend and I’m graduating high school next year and I’ll be able to start my transition to be more comfortable in my own body.
