I always enjoy challenging my body in different ways. You don't always need gym weights to challenge your body, your own body weight can be enough of a challenge! Working with the TRX is a great example there's no hiding when executing a movement.

This shoulder bridge exercise is great for working on your posterior chain. It's important to try and keep your upper body relaxed, there should be no tension through the arms, shoulders and neck. It ends up being more of a full body exercise than you realise as the TRX adds an instability factor. Your stabiliser muscle groups will have to work hard to hold good form.
