As bees move from flower to flower in search of nectar, they leave behind grains of pollen on the sticky surface, allowing plants to grow and produce food. Bees are responsible for the production of many seeds, nuts, berries, and fruit, which serve as a vital food source for wild animals. Bees produce honey to feed their colonies. Humans have harvested honey for thousands of years, but we aren’t the only ones who consider it a sweet snack. Critters like birds, racoons, opossums, and insects will raid beehives for a taste of nutritious honey too!! Unfortunately, bee populations here and around the world are in decline. Bees suffer habitat loss from development, abandoned farms, and the lack of bee-friendly flowers. Some colonies collapse due to plants treated with neonicotinoid pesticides, or harmful parasites like mites. No bees = no life!! วิชา ผึ้งน้อยสีเหลือง ผึ้งสำคัญมากๆในระบบนิเวศทางธรรมชาติ เพราะ‘ผึ้ง’ เป็นตัวแพร่เกสร ช่วยทำให้เกิดการผสมพันธุ์ของพืชในป่า และในการเกษตรกรรม 🌳🌳 ความสมดุลของระบบนิเวศและการอยู่รอดของมนุษย์ขึ้นอยู่กับผึ้งเลยก็ว่าได้ หากขาดผึ้งไปก็จะไม่มีการสืบทอดเผ่าพันธุ์ของต้นไม้ในป่า มีรายงานข่าวจากพื้นที่หลายแห่งทั่วโลกว่า ประชากรผึ้งลดลงอย่างรวดเร็ว เกิดปรากฏการณ์ผึ้งตายยกรังกระจายไปทั่วโลก “รังผึ้งล่มสลาย”(colony collapse disorder) เป็นผลมาจากการใช้สารเคมี ยาฆ่าแมลง ปุ๋ยเคมีอย่างกว้างขวางในพื้นที่การเกษตร อีกอย่างคือพื้นที่ป่าที่หายไป เพื่อเปลี่ยนเป็นพื้นที่การเกษตรขนาดใหญ่ทำให้ดอกไม้นานาชนิดในป่าก็หายไปด้วย 😭 เมื่อฝูงผึ้งค่อย ๆ หายไปในระบบนิเวศส่งผลให้ไม่มีตัวกลางในการทำให้เกิดการผสมเกสรของดอกไม้ในพืชผล จึงไม่เกิดผลิตผลทางการเกษตร ผักและผลไม้ รวมดอกไม้ป่าอีกหลายชนิดก็จะสูญพันธุ์ตามผึ้งไป สภาพต้นไม้ในป่าจะเป็นอย่างไรในอนาคต หากไม่มีตัวผสมเกสรอีกต่อไป ไม่น่าเชื่อว่า สัตว์ตัวจิ๋วจะมีบทบาทสำคัญที่ชี้เป็นชี้ตายมนุษย์ทั้งโลกได้ รังผึ้งล่มสลาย น่ากลัวพอๆกับ plastic pollution หรือ ปะการังฟอกขาวเลย #pearypiegoesgreen #chiangmai #Thailand」5月18日 12時20分
