It’s Friday, people. The sun is out. I’m choosing to stay informed, but also to look on the bright side today! How do you process things that infuriate you? I work out. I meditate. I might yell or cry, hide in bed watching tv, but then I pick up the pieces and come out on the other side. I get out of my head and into my body.
