장조림 (jjangjorrim) is a 🇰🇷 salty soy preserved braised beef side dish and it’s probably one of my favorite dishes of all time. Usually served as 반찬 (banchan) that’s cold or room temp. Usually cooked with green chili peppers and hard boiled eggs.
Mom Chang would always have this around and I preferred to eat this hot with a soft boiled 🥚 on 🍚
