This #koala has certainly mastered the art of relaxation, managing an elevated snooze paws-free is quite the talent! 🐨 @inc.bangalowkoalas spotted this fellow chilling in @visitnsw’s #Bangalow area, and what better way for him to spend Wild Koala Day! @inc.bangalowkoalas is a koala conservation group that have been planting trees from Byron Bay to Lismore to create ‘koala corridors’ that allow these guys to move safely across the local landscape, and help build and protect their natural habitat. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of spotting a koala in the wild, but you’ll need to make sure you keep looking up if you’re out and about in the bush, as these fluffy creatures usually rest quite high up in trees and are sometimes well-covered by leaves. 👀
