She could hula. She loved a pink manicure. And even in her late 80s was known to sneak out to the pub for a green beer on St Patrick’s Day. She sped by me one day on the back of a motorcycle, laughing her head off and waving a pink scarf. I couldn’t tell who was driving. One of her boyfriends? Probably. What a spirit.
