Relevant information: we were in the airport before checkin request time and our flight took off without us, while they repeated "this is our problem" and request more money. Be prepare to get "a problem to call yours" From now on, always a friend tells me about France, I will apply my efforts to tell and convince him/her what such a company @airfrance is. #airfranceitisyourproblem

sistergoldenhair_de Dear Air France Team - we flew to Brasil with you and paid extra to get seats with more leg space. Before the flight went off it got cancelled an we had to fly with another airline. Now we want to get the money we paid for the seats back, because we couldn't have them on board of the new flight. We already wrote an email but got no reaction at all!

daidamascaro Worse airline ever!!!!Claim a ticket that was never sent to me by email. And im not getting my money back since i did not call them wihin 24h after puechase. Called customer service and they could not even Find it at the time! They are robbing their customers
