jesus_4619 Tenía un vuelo para salir hoy a las 7:43am desde San Jose (Costa Rica) con destino Valencia (España). Haciendo escala en Panamá y Paris. El día de antes del vuelo me mandan un correo para hacer el chek-in y veo que el trayecto de Panamá a Paris esta errónea la fecha y que no tiene ningún sentido, llamo por teléfono y me dicen que el vuelo de Air France de Panama a Paris de hoy se ha cancelado y no me dan ninguna opción de viajar el mismo día. La opción que me dan es volar 36 horas después. Salir mañana a las 19:05 de San José a Valencia con escala en Paris. Aparte de todo el trastorno ocasionado, la persona que me atendió telefónicamente no me dio ningún paso a seguir ni ningún tipo de soporte, incumpliendo así el compromiso número 1 que tenéis en vuestra web que pone asistencia personalizada, literalmente me dijo búscate la vida esas 36 horas que tienes que quedarte en Costa Rica, país que de por si no es económico y menos en estas fechas de Semana Santa donde me ha costado mucho hasta encontrar un alojamiento decente, y que luego le reclame el importe a la compañía. Gracias a Air France he perdido un viaje que comenzaba mañana por la mañana con mi familia por motivo de la Semana Santa. Y que por el retraso no voy a poder hacer. He viajado en más ocasiones con esta compañía, pero después de todo el problema ocasionado intentaré no viajar más ni que lo hagan conocidos míos. @airfrance

Ayant déjà pris la décision, ayant l’illusion croissante de partir. Veuillez bien, juste, prévenir cette déception aux prochains! Merci d’avance AirFrance et bonne continuation à vous. Relevant information: we were in the airport before checkin request time and our flight took off without us, while they repeated "this is our problem" and request more money. Be prepare to get "a problem to call yours" From now on, always a friend tells me about France, I will apply my efforts to tell and convince him/her what such a company @airfrance is. #airfranceitisyourproblem

daidamascaro Claimed a ticket that they ever sent to my email. Apparently it’s my fault, yet they are paying back the tax... so strange... it’s my fault not to get a ticket, call and they can’t find it.. later they say they are paying the tax of the ticket. So how is it gonna be? My fault.. or you just play with governmental tax money? Robbing!!!! This is illegal

Les 747 coûte moins cher et on m’a dit que vous l’aviez arrêter car il était trop vieux ... Mais il suffisait juste de refaire l’intérieur !
