Excited to welcome @cedricgrolet to our Spring Street Bakery this weekend, where he’ll be serving his pastries in NYC for the very first time. I first met Cédric in Paris 14 years ago, when he was just out of pastry school and I was working at Fauchon, when I hired him to join our team. Flash forward to today, and it’s been amazing to watch how he has cast a new light on what pastry can be.
