Training triceps today and I was thinking- if I was only able to train triceps using three movements what would they be? Here are my 3! Make sure to LIKE & SAVE THIS! GIVE IT A GO!


Full tricep workout-

Warm up 🔥- 3 sets of cable tricep extension. Start with a light weight and then get heavier with each set.

Exercise 1- DB French press, 12, 10, 8, 6 reps. Using heavier DB with each new set. The is a great movement for the long head of the tricep. Make sure to go all the way down before coming back to the top.

Exercise 2- close grip bench press 12, 10, 8, 6 reps.
I place my hands 12 inches apart on the bar. Try and keep you elbows tucked in the entire movement. Great for building mass.

Exercise 3- Bench dips 3 X 15, 10, 5. Each of the 3 sets has two drop sets. Start with weight that you can do 15 reps. Once you hit failure take enough weight off that you can do 10, and then 5.
