So many of you have asked me to post some of my favorite things to eat—to keep me fit. Here’s my at-home take on avocado toast—without the toast! Two slices of beefsteak tomatoes topped with slices of turkey and slices of fresh avocado—sprinkle of cut-up mango—all organic.
