🔸Cable Side Squats 3 sets of 15 reps each side.
🔸TRX Curtsy Lunges 3 sets of 20 each leg. Take it slow and push through those heels!
2️⃣Superset
🔸Single Leg Deadlifts 3 sets of 15 reps each leg.
🔸Goblet Squat Pulses for 30 sec.
‼️Finish off with squat jumps
Put power into these do them until failure🥴
