Back at it again. 🤤🤤 Red wine and rosemary marinade, soaked overnight. Salted Caramel rub. The caramel definitely was a huge success. It gave the beef ribs a good balance of sweet and savoury and was an awesome flavour. I wasn’t sure what to expect. But it worked out great! Juicy! #beefribs
